Reasons to Hire a Month-Of Coordinator

So you've decided to plan your wedding on your own, or with the help of friends and family- and that's great! But we're here to tell you the reasons that you still should have a Month-Of, or even Day-Of Coordinator (although we're not a fan of that title!) on your team to help you on the big day.

While Month-Of Coordination will help you, a full Event Planner will help you more. But let's face it, that is not for everyone for various reasons (desire, budget, etc), but I fully believe that everyone deserves at least a Month-Of Coordinator- and it's definitely the more cost effective option!

The reasons are simple, and they basically all boil down to just one, a Month-Of Coordinator will save you endless amount of stress on what should be the happiest day of your life.

The main job of a Month-Of Coordinator is to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of your event, because things will inevitably go awry, no matter how detailed and well-planned you have been. And if there is no other contact on scene, it could get really crazy, really fast. Imagine you're getting photos done before your ceremony and someone frantically tells you that your videographer is running late. That is something that your Coordinator would've handled, but now you're stuck missing amazing photo ops because you're trying to solve this problem.

In addition to troubleshooting, they will also serve as a liason to all of your vendors, answering questions and ensuring everyone is on task.

They will also create a timeline that will be used as an itinerary for you, your bridal party, the officiant, the vendors, the venue, etc.

All in all, for a relatively small investment, a Coordinator will provide you with peace of mind, and allow you to relax and enjoy every single second of the most important day of your life
